Founder and Executive Chairman
Anwar Jarmakani is the Founder and Executive Chairman of Jagal. He is also the Chairman and board director of Afrik Delta Marine, Fred Olsen (WA), Fugro Marine Nigeria, Nigerdock, NigerStar 7 and Sinopec Nigeria.
Over the past 50 years, Anwar Jarmakani has established an unblemished reputation for relentless ambition, vision, leadership and integrity. He is a self-made industrial entrepreneur who came to Nigeria in 1963 and is a naturalized Nigerian. He is part of a generation of private sector pioneers who arrived during the period of independence and contributed to the economic development of the Country.
Maher Jarmakani is the CEO and an executive director of Jagal. He is a board director of Afrik Delta Marine, Fred Olsen (WA), Fugro Marine Nigeria, Nigerdock, NigerStar 7 and Sinopec Nigeria. Maher is also the Chairman and a board director of Hello Products, Rack Centre and the Jagal Foundation.
Having worked across various career disciplines including supply chain management, sales, marketing and business development as well as leading successful startups and operations in the oil and gas, technology and construction sectors, he is a seasoned business executive and strategic investor.
Maher Jarmakani is a naturalised Nigerian citizen. He holds a bachelor’s degree in International Business and Management from the European Business School in London with executive education from Harvard and London Business Schools.
Professor Olanrewaju A Fagbohun, PhD, SAN

Olanrewaju Fagbohun is a Professor of Law with experience advising on complex commercial transactions and governance issues relating to environment and social impacts.
Prof. Olanrewaju Fagbohun is the 8th substantive Vice-Chancellor of the Lagos State University. He has served as consultant and task leader to the Nigerian Government (national and states) and development agencies including the European Commission. His numerous publications have been met with wide acclaim. He received his training at the University of Ife (now Obafemi Awolowo University) and the University of Lagos.
Dr. Ayotunde Coker, FIOD

Dr. Ayotunde Coker has over 30 years’ international experience across Europe, USA, Asia and Africa. His distinguished career of 28 years includes roles as Management Consultant Cap Gemini UK, Director Egg Bank, the first European Internet Bank, Global Applications Director BP, Chief Technology Officer UK Criminal Justice and IT Director, Ministry of Justice.
In Nigeria, Dr. Ayotunde Coker previously was Group CIO of Access Bank and MD/CEO of Emerging Markets Payments, West Africa. He currently serves as MD/CEO of Rack Centre, a leading data centre in Africa with global recognition and numerous international awards. He is also the Secretary General of the Africa Data Centre Association.
Dr. Ayotunde Coker has a BSc in Mechanical Engineering from the University of South Wales, is an award-winning post graduate alumnus of Cranfield Institute of Technology UK, Fellow Institute of Directors (UK), Fellow British Computer Society, Honorary Senior Member Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria. He holds a PhD (Honoris Causa) by ESCAE University, Republic of Benin. He was born in Nigeria, went to school in Lagos, and university in the UK.
